Lowboy detachable gooseneck trailers are within the lowboy trailer family. They are designed to pull different types of heavy equipment and machineries. The primary purpose for this type of trailer is to ensure safety and ease when loading heavy goods. As we all know, the heavier, taller, and wider the equipment and machineries are, it becomes much more dangerous to load over the rear of a trailer. Due to urging demand of much higher weights and center of gravity on oversized machineries from various industries to be loaded more safely, both loading height and transport height must be lower than traditional drop deck flatbed trailers. Therefore, in comparison, detachable gooseneck trailers offer much higher loading capacity of 60 to 120 tons and 60 to 150 tons in configurations of 3-axle and 4-axle respectfully.
